How Does The Refund Policy Work?
When you return the item through post, you will receive the refund within 14 days after the item reaches the company. The time may be longer in the peak seasonal sales.
For faster returns and refunds, you can simply visit the closest Crew Clothing Store and produce the respective invoices and bills along with the item. In the store, you can process the refund straight away. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 days to process the refund amount.

The replacement/refund process begins within five business days after its arrival. All the refunds go to the original method of payment. If the payment is through PayPal, you can only exchange for other items of the same value.
