You can return most of the items including sale items but the following items can’t be returned.

- Nail Polish & Cosmetics: For hygiene reasons, these are not returned unless faulty.
- Face Mask: For hygiene reasons face masks are not accepted for a return unless faulty.
All other products can be considered for a return if you have returned them within 30 days of the purchase. You can return your parcel via Collect Plus. For returning the parcel, you have to complete your return note that comes with your order. Then peel off your pre-paid label and attach it to your parcel. Afterward, drop your parcel at any of the 6000 Collect Plus local stores and collect your proof of postage for tracking your parcel online.

After the arrival and subsequent approval, your refund will be processed within 3-4 working days according to the original payment method.
