COS Returns Policy
Certain items like facemasks, makeup, skincare and other grooming products unless faulty, are non-returnable. Besides, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. And if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then that item is also not eligible for a return. Also pierced jwellery, undergarments, and briefs can’t be returned unless faulty.
All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase.
A fix rate of 25 US dollars per return parcel will be deducted from your refund. But if your goods are faulty then you are entitled to a full refund as well as shipping charges.
For a return repack your goods in a return parcel and create your UPS return label by visiting UPS site. Then print the label and attach this with your return parcel. Then send the parcel to COS.
The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to create the return label at UPS site and attach the label to your return parcel.
Upon arrival of your parcel at the brand’s warehouse, you will be notified via an email. The refund process may take up to 14 days and you will get your refund according to your original payment method.
