BrandAlley offers a considerate returns policy. If you are not satisfied with any of its products then you can return it to the brand within 14 calendar days of the delivery but due to the pandemic, it has extended its returns policy to 60 days. All items can be refunded except for health and hygiene products like undergarments and pierced jewelry and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are in place. Also, no refund is applicable for face masks due to hygiene reasons.

If you want to return your order then you have to create your returns label on the website. After creating the label, print it out and repack your goods carefully. Attach returns label to your parcel and send it to the brand via Royal mail service. The Royal mail service will cost you 3.5 pounds. However, you can also send back your goods via any recorded mail service. In this case, you have to bear return shipping expenses. However, if you want to return a faulty or defective item then BrandAlley is responsible for arranging for a full refund and shipping charges.

If you want to process your return then you must return them within 60 days (original 14 days) of the delivery. For a return create your returns label and then pack your parcel carefully. After this, you have to send your return parcel along with returns label via Royal mail or any recorded mail service. Once your return parcel arrives in one of the brand’s warehouses then you will be notified via email.

Usually, you will get an email notification after the arrival of your return parcel and subsequently will get a full refund as per your original payment method.
