In addition to its quality products, the stores also strive to serve their consumers most conveniently. Though you will not need to return B&M stuff, however, if its merchandise doesn’t make you happy then you can return them as the store has a comprehensive returns policy.
B&M Returns Policy
Most of the items are eligible for return or exchange but the following items can’t be replaced or returned.
- Face masks, protective screens, personal grooming products, cosmetics, and intimate clothing items cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
- Perishable products like foods and drinks.
- Mattresses, duvets, and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Audio/DVD and computer games can’t be returned but they can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase.
All of the rest items can be returned/exchanged if they are in a resalable condition with original tags attached. You can return your goods within 30 days of the purchase. For returning the goods, you must provide your proof of purchase like a credit card statement or original invoice along with your returning goods.
B&M Returns
The process of refund is simple and easy. Just pack your items with care and keep your proof of purchase with the parcel. Then visit any of the B&M stores (preferably the original store).
The store staff will check your order and you will be instantly refunded as per your original payment method.
