Boohoo is an online retailer in the United Kingdom which deals mainly with fashion wear.  The products are mostly for a specific age group like teenage to mid-thirty. The main products it deals with include a variety of dresses, tops, and other clothing.

It also offers returns and exchange possibilities if a customer does not like a product. There is an easy process to inform the company within a specific time frame so that the return is possible.

Boohoo returns policy:

When you don’t like a product and want to return it, you can do it within 28 days if you are in EEA. The period starts from the time when you receive the products in your order. If you receive a product that has any fault, you can request to repair the product or replace it. You can also ask for a refund back. The time frame within which the return will be accepted is 28 days.
Items must not have signs of use and with proper tags attached.

If you do not like a product after you order it or there is some problem with your product when received, you can simply request for the exchange or return in the specific time frame.

For returning, you have to log in to your account here. And explain the reason for your return. Once you process your return online, repack the product. After that print a label on it and send it back through a carrier.

Keep tracking your return, you will get a confirmation email once it is returned and will get a refund back.

    Why is no return form in the package. It has occurred on a two occasions, it appears deliberate to make it so difficult to return the goods. Please reply why otherwise you will loose me as a customer.

    I returned my parcels back to Asda shop through toyou and up till now
    I did not get my refund back however I returned 2 different parcels on the same day.
    I got refunded for one and no any updated for the 2nd one.
    I am worried and I am having difficulty gotten you guys online.
