If an item you purchased does not suit you or the wrong delivery! Don’t worry. Zalando offers a systematic returns process within 100 days on unworn items. The return will not be charged and is completely FREE.
Items worn just to see if they fit, are not being considered as worn. In any other circumstances, if the customer returns an item in an unsuitable condition to Zalando, they may have to send it back to you.

The first step is, Drop off your returns at your nearest Hermes ParcelShop. The second step is, Find a Locker to drop off your parcel 24/7 (fits parcels up to the following dimensions: 66cm x 41cm x 38cm). Then finally, Schedule a (contactless) pickup for your parcel – click on return items on the Zalando website.
A return receipt will be generated which stands as a proof for a refund. Zalando takes around 14 days to process the returns and they will credit the amount in the same payment method which was used to purchase. The amount will get credited within 2-3 working days.
