Almost all items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery but all the returning goods must be in original and in a resalable condition. Besides, products like digital downloads, CDs, DVDs, or software if the seal is broken on the wrapping, tailor-made or personalized goods, and headphones can’t be returned.

For returning the goods, log in to your Appliances Direct returns portal and complete the online returns process. After completing the online returns process, the online retailer will authorize your return. After authorization, repack your goods and then send the parcel to the retailer via any recorded courier service. If your item is installed or partially used then you will receive a partial refund. Moreover, all of the goods must be returned in their original packaging. Finally, you must bear the return shipping charges but if you are returning a defective product then the retailer will give you the return shipping charges in addition to a full refund.

If you want to process your return then you must return the parcel within 14 days of the delivery after getting your return authorization from the retailer. After the arrival of your parcel at the warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
