Download the both form and label and place the completed return form in your parcel while attaching the postage label with your return label. Finally, post it off to the Alpkit and retain the postage proof until the final refund. Your return packages must be according to the following dimensions.
- Boxes: less than 20 kg and smaller than 61 x 46 x 46 cm
- Tubes: less than 20kg and the length plus 2 x the diameter must not exceed 104cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90cm
