Though a majority of Tool Station consumers are satisfied with its products, however, if someone wants to return its products for any reason then he/she can return them as the brand has a considerate returns policy.
Tool Station Returns Policy
You can return most of the items including sale items but the following items can’t be returned.
- Personalized tools and goods.
- Personal Protection Equipments like Masks, Gloves, Respirators, and Ear Protection ranges.
- Toilets, Dirty Water Pumps, Used Macerators, Boilers and Boiler Parts.
All other products can be considered for a return if you have returned your goods within 30 days of the purchase.
For returning a faulty or defective item, you have 30 days and all the expenses will be paid by the brand. For initiating a return, fill out your return form attached with your order (if you don’t have one then you can create a new return form at Tool Station website). After filling out the form attached it with your return parcel and posts it off to the retailer via a recorded mail service.
Besides, you can also return your goods in any of the retailer’s branches – Tool Station has more than 500 branches across the UK. For returning your goods in the store, you must have receipt, original invoice or order reference number. You can’t return goods bought directly from any supplier of the retailer in the store as you will need to return them to your original supplier.

The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then fill out the return form, pack your parcel and send it to the retailer via recorded mail service within 30 days of the purchase on the following address.
