Though a majority of Currys consumers are satisfied with its products, however, if someone wants to return its products for any reason then he/she can return them as the company has a considerate returns policy.
Currys Returns Policy
The returns process is very simple and you have to return your goods within 14 to 21 days of the purchase. Almost every product can be returned but they must be unused and in a resalable condition. Currys has divided products in two categories, i.e., small and large. Small products are audio products, cameras, computers, gaming products, small appliances and small TVs (under 43”) while large products are dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 40″.
For returning small goods, you can either arrange a DPD home collection or can take your goods to nearby DPD pickup location. For either, you have to fill a DPD return label on the website. After filling the label, attach it with your return parcel. Then repack your return parcel with great care and the goods should be in their original packaging with labels attached. Then send it to the company via DPD.
In case of large items, you have to submit a return request to the company on the website. Once they approve it then they will guide you through the return process for these large items.
Currys also accept in-store return. For in-store returns, you have to take your goods to any of your nearest Currys Store along with a valid proof of purchase. However, Currys don’t accept returns of the mobile phones, large kitchen appliances or when you have paid online with Your Plan Credit in the store.
The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a small product then you simply fill out your returns label and repack your goods. Then send it to Currys via DPD. Normally 14 working days are required to process after the arrival of your return parcel at the warehouse. After receiving your parcel at the warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmatory email. Moreover, you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
For large goods, you have to submit a return request and after approval, they will guide you through the process. Finally, you can also return your goods in the store.
