Generally, you will not need to return any of its products but if you are up to a return then Tala has a great returns policy.
Tala Returns Policy
Though most of the items are returnable however all hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty.
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods. For a return, you must inform the brand by writing them a return request within 14 days of the receipt. Your return request must include name, contact number, and order number. Then you will have 14 more days to return your goods.
After informing them about your return, repack your goods in original packaging securely. The brand offers a collection service. Their collection partners – DPD – will soon collect your return parcel from your doorstep. Finally, returns are processed within 14 days.
If you want to return your item or defective product, then return the parcel after informing them by writing a return request. Then pack your parcel and hand over it to DPD.
Once your parcel is arrived in the warehouse then a quality inspection of your items will be carried out. After the return approval, your refund will be processed within 14 days and you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
