Stradivarius Returns Policy
Please ensure that items have not been worn or washed under any circumstances. Items with false tan, make-up, or any other stains will not be accepted for return or exchange. Beauty products and pierced jewelry are non-refundable goods.
For underwear and swimwear, returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal is intact. Shoes should be tried indoors to maintain their condition. All returned items must have all tags attached.
To initiate a return, you have two options:
- Use the return label attached to the delivery note of your original order. If you don’t have the return label, you can request a new one by clicking here.
- Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, find the order you wish to return, and click on “Return Products.”
- Returning In-Store
To process a return, visit any Stradivarius store within the market where you made your purchase. Please bring the corresponding receipt, either in electronic or printed form, with you. Store associates will assist you with the return process.
- Drop-off Points
If you received your order at a drop point or at home and need to initiate a return, follow the steps under the “Drop off return” option available on the website. You can find this option in the “My Orders” section of your user account. If you’re using the Stradivarius App, access the “My Purchases” section within the Wallet feature.
After submitting the return request, you will receive a printable label to attach to the outside of the package being returned. Please note there is a return cost of £1.95 associated with the drop point return method, which will be deducted from your refund.
Stradivarius Refunds
Stradivarius provides quality and reliable products to Brits. If you want to return goods, follow these steps:
- Fill out the returns label on your delivery note.
- Retain proof of postage until the return is finalized.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after your item is delivered to the warehouse. Please note that Stradivarius may reject returns if the item is damaged or not eligible for return.

I bought a pair of jeans in store yesterday and went home to try them on but they were no good. I am hoping to return these with the tags still on them today in the same store. However, I seem to have dropped/lost the receipt, will this be an issue?
I purchased a pair of cargo trousers in store and couldn’t try them on as changing rooms were closed. When I got home they did not fit, am I able to send these back via post?
