For the products purchased from the Peacocks Stores, you can return them to the original store within 14 days of the purchase in their original packing. Besides, you must provide the receipt at the store for an instant refund/exchange. In case, you haven’t the receipt, then the store will not process your refund/exchange.
For the products purchased from the website, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to intimate Peacocks your intention of return. If you want to return your order, log into ‘Returns Portal’ on the website and notify them that you are sending them the products. After notification, you have another 14 days for returning your goods. The return parcel must be in original packaging with tags attached.
For initiating an international return you have to send items within 28 days from the date of despatch and the rest process will be the same. You are responsible for your postage charges in both the UK and international returns.
