Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for certain products. These nonreturnable products are marked as such on the products catalog page of the website. Also, damaged and soiled or tainted items will not be refunded. You have 90 days from the date of receipt to return your goods. However, you have to return sale items or discounted goods within 7 days of the receipt. For return, you must complete the online return process. Then you will need to create either a Royal Mail return label or InPost Lockers QR code. Finally, repack your goods in unused condition in original packaging and send it to the retailer via your chosen courier service.
Returning via InPost Locker or Royal Mail is completely free while you have to pay your return shipping charges if you use a courier service other than InPost Lockers and Royal Mail.
