& Other Stories Returns Policy
Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for some health and hygiene products. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons underwear briefs, pierced jwellery, make-up and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
For initiating a return, repackage your item with great care and with original labels and return label. After repackaging send it to & Other Stories via any of the following options.

Finally, & Other Stories will not refund your original shipping charges but if you are returning a defective product then your shipping charges may be refunded.
