O2 Returns Policy
Certain intimate accessories like earphones are not eligible for a return due to health and hygiene reasons. Moreover, the returning apparel items must be in original packaging and in original conditions with all associated items. All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of the purchase.
You have to return your goods in unused condition and in original packaging. For initiating a return, contact the customer support team of O2, and they will guide you through the returns process. They will either send you a trackable label, which comes with a QR code so you won’t need to print it out yourself or a labeled jiffy bag for you to use. After receiving a trackable label or jiffy bag, repack your goods in original packaging and with all associated accessories and drop off the parcel at your nearest post office branch.
It is pertinent to mention that store purchases must be returned in the store while all online purchases must be returned back to the company via post.
The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to contact their customer support team and receive your label or jiffy bag. Then repack your goods and send them to the company via post office. Once your return is received and approved then you will get a confirmatory email.
After the approval, your refund will be processed within a week according to the original payment method.
