All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of the delivery but you must return the goods unused and in original packing with labels attached. You have 30 days to initiate your return process by informing the retailer via its website. Then you will have 14 more days to send your goods to the retailer.

Finally, all the UK returns are free but for international returns, the consumer is to pay postage and other applicable charges.

The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then you have to visit My Protein website and locate your order to be returned in the order history. If your order is eligible for a refund then a ‘refund’ tab will appear. Click this tab and follow the steps to complete your online return process. Once you have completed all the steps on the website, then repack your returning goods in original packaging and send them to My Protein via any recorded mail service.

After the arrival of your return parcel, they will send you a confirmatory email. After receiving the email, you will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days according to the original payment method.
