Certain items like Bridal Dresses, Homeware, and Home by Monsoon and boutique homeware, including bedding, lighting, cushions and curtains and Web exclusives are eligible for return only via courier or post – they can’t be returned in the stores. Gift cards and pierced goods (earrings), face masks, hosiery or cosmetics can’t be returned and if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then that item is also not eligible for a return. All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase or receipt and sale items should be returned within 14 days of their purchase.
You have to return your goods in unused condition and with original labels. First of all, fill out your return label and place it with your return parcel along with your despatch note and send it to the brand using any of the recorded mail service – though Royal Mail Service is recommended by the brand. Retain your postage proof until final refund.
Finally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will pay the additional return shipping charges. But for faulty goods, the brand will pay you the shipping charges in addition to a full refund.
The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to fill the return label and send it to the brand in original packaging. Once your return is received and approved then you will get a confirmatory email.
After the approval, your refund will be processed within 14 working days (it is most likely that you will get your refund within 2-3 working days) and if you didn’t receive your refund after 14 working days, then contact the customer service team.
