Though you will not feel the need to return any of its goods but, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you ordered for any reason, then the brand will give you a full refund as the brand has a considerate returns policy.

Though you can return a majority of the products within 60 days of the purchase the following merchandise is an exception to this policy.
You can’t return engraved and customized pieces. All other items can be returned. For return, you have to start your return process online by visiting the return page of the website. At the outset of online return process, they will ask your order number so keep your order number with you. After the online process, repack your goods in original packaging and with original tags attached and then send it off to the retailer via a recorded mail service. Always keep your postage proof till the final refund. You have to pay return shipping expenses.
Finally, if you want to return a faulty or defective item then Missoma is responsible for arranging for a full refund and the shipping charges.
