Hi, returned items not suitable
Good morning. I returned some items last week and have yet to be refunded. Could you tell me how long i have to wait for refund please.
I wish to return my original Pink Swoon bullet as it was broken / faulty when I first opened it. This product could not be used . I wanted the product for a getaway break so I immediately order a second bullet so I had it to take away with me .
The problem was an faulty/ broken part – the bottom part which has the varying light source was loose , there appeared to broken clip .
( I realised that a second order of the same product would arrive with me quicker than a replacement / refund would have been sorted out
it did and I was able to take a Pink Swoon on my getaway break .. my 2nd purchase arrived in perfect thank you )
I would like either a monetary refund or a credit for this initial product . This I could use towards a future purchase .
