Hype Returns Policy
Hype offers a great returns policy. You can return your goods within 14 days of the purchase. If you return your goods from 15 to 28 days of the purchase, then you will receive a gift card. Though the majority of the items can be returned but however following are some exceptions.

- Customized products
- Face Masks
- Cosmetics
If you need to make a return, then you have to log into their returns portal and follow the guidelines to complete the online returns process. Fortunately, you can return your goods without any returns label. Simply repack your goods in original packaging with all tags attached. Now, you have to send your parcel via any recorded mail service and retain your postage proof until the final refund. You can also use InPost Lockers for returning your goods.
Finally, you have to pay a return fee which is 2.49 pounds per return parcel.
