House of Fraser is one of the leading Fashion stores in Great Britain. It has more than 50 stores throughout the UK and Ireland. It is one of the oldest stores with a history of more than 150 years. The company was first founded in the year 1949 and then gradually grew with time. It deals with many fashion-related products from clothing, footwear, and beauty products to electronics and home appliances. It deals with almost all age groups and for both men and women.
House of Fraser also has the option for product returns to satisfy its customers to the maximum level.
House of Fraser Returns Policy:
In case of returning back the product(s), you will have 14 days to return it back after receiving it. You cannot return back the product(s) if it has signs of use and is not in the original form. You cannot return some of the products like cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, mattresses, pillows, and others if the hygiene seal is broken. The customized products also cannot be returned back when you order them on special requests. The items with limited time of expiry dates also cannot be returned back.
House of Fraser Returns:
If you change your mind and want to return any product after buying it there is a process of return. You can return the products by posting them at the address of House of Fraser within the time frame of two weeks. Before that, you must notify the company in case of a return. The return costs will be paid by you except if the received products are faulty. While returning the products make sure that it is in the original packaging and all the tags are attached.

I purchased a pair of Lonsdale trainers for my grandson on the 13th of May for £13.99 from my local branch in High Wycombe. My grandson wasn’t with me to try the shoes on as he doesn’t live in the area but I was told by the shop assistant that I could get a refund if they didn’t fit.
Unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit so I brought them back to the same store 11 days later for a refund only to be told that The House of Frazer returns policy has changed and they could not offer me a refund only a credit voucher. This wasn’t I had been told so she asked for the Manager who refused to offer her a refund. It doesn’t matter whether the item in question was £13.99 or £1013.99 The House of Frazer should be obligated to honour the original purchase promise. I know that The House of Frazer has had problems and has closed several stores but it seems to me that it is on a downward spiral. If I don’t get satisfaction then the company will, sadly, not see me or my family in any of their remaining shops again. This is after buying clothes and furniture from you and using your store for many, many years.

I recently returned clothing and it cost me over £25 to return by recorded post
It has completely put me off buying online which is a shame as there is more choice
