Almost all of the items are returnable within 30 days of the delivery but however, the following are some conditions and exceptions.
- Software, CDs & DVDs that are used, not sealed, and/or registered with the manufacturer in the Customer’s name
- Items that come directly into contact with the nose, ears, or mouth, such as in-ear monitors or woodwind reeds, which are normally sold sealed in a shop and cannot be tested for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been mixed/installed inseparably with other items after delivery or modified in any way
Except for the above-mentioned products, you can return the remaining goods within 30 days of the delivery. Moreover, the returning products must be unused, and in perfect condition with the original packaging. For a return, you must contact the customer support team of the retailer within 14 days of the delivery. After notifying the team, you will have 16 more days to return your unwanted goods. If you want to initiate a return then you must inform the team and then repack your unwanted items carefully and securely in the original packaging. Then send it to the brand via any recorded courier service and retain your postage proof until final refund. Finally, you must bear return shipping charges.
The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to visit the website for notifying the team within 14 days of the delivery. After the notification, repack your goods and send them to the retailer. Once your return is received and approved then you will get a confirmatory email. After the approval, your refund will be processed within a few days according to the original payment method.
