For the products purchased from Footlocker, you can return them within 90 days of the delivery.

If you want to return any of the products bought from Clarks Outlet, then simply pack the products in original packaging and fill the returns label – present within your original order and you can also download it from the website. After filling, put the return label in the return parcel. Now, send it to Clarks Outlet.

You have to return your parcel via MyHermes and if you don’t have the return label, visit MyHermes for generating another label for yourself.

If you want to initiate a Clarks Outlet return then you must return the parcel with its return label and original packing. Besides, the product must be unworn and in its original condition.

After the arrival of your parcel at one of the Clarks Outlet warehouses, your refund will be processed as per your original payment method and you must retain your postage proof and delivery documents until the final refund.

    The shoes are wrong fit, but parcel didn’t even have return label. The window of return is closing quickly while I’m waiting for them to respond to my email asking for return label 🙁

    I refused my order when the courier came to deliver as no longer needed the shoes. Its been over 4 weeks since I did this, contacted them for the 3rd time this morning as had no communication at all & can’t find a phone number!!! Love this website but this is terrible.
