Generally, you will not need to return any of its homeware or furniture products but if you are up to a return then the retailer has a great returns policy.
Cotswold Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your goods. You can return your items in person or by courier if they are small, or if they are large then you can also order a home collection. In the case of home collection, you will be charged 20 pounds if your parcel weighs less than 25 kg and if it weighs more than 25 kg then you will need to pay 40 pounds. Almost every product is accepted for return except customized goods and mattress toppers, mattress and bedding protectors, duvets, pillows, throws, and blankets if the packaging has been opened or protective seals removed.
If you want to return your goods then you have to contact the customer services team of Cotswold and then return the goods within 30 days of the delivery. Just repack your items with great care in the original packaging and affix the returns label with your parcel. Now send them to the retailer via Royal Mail or any other recorded courier service. If you send the parcel via Royal Mail then it will be free but in the case of home collection, you will pay the return shipping charges according to the weight of your parcel.
If you want to return your unwanted products, then return the parcel to the retailer after contacting the Cotswold customer services team. After the arrival of your returning goods and subsequent approval, your refund will be processed within 14 days and you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
