Arket Returns Policy
The returns process is very simple and you have to return your goods within 30 calendar days of delivery of the products. However, at present, this timeline is extended to 45 days due to Corona pandemic (for in-store purchases only).
For returning your goods, you have to fill return label which is attached with your parcel. If you have lost your return parcel then you can also create a new return label on the website. After filling the label, attach it with your return parcel. Then repack your return parcel with great care and the goods should be in their original packaging with labels attached. For sending your parcel to Arket, use recorded mail service and keep your proof of postage with yourself until final refund.
After the arrival of your return parcel at one of Arket’s warehouse, your refund will be credited to you as per your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your return.
You can return almost any of Arket’s products but all items must be clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons pierced jewelry cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. However, you can return any faulty items.
Finally, you have to pay your return shipping charges and an amount of 25 USD will be deducted from your final refund, if you are returning non-faulty items.
