You can return almost any of Arket’s products but all items must be clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons pierced jwellery cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. However, you can return any faulty items.
Finally, you have to pay your return shipping charges and an amount of 25 USD will be deducted from your final refund, if you are returning non-faulty items.
The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then you simply fill out your returns label and repack your goods. Then send it to Arket via recorded postage.
