Amazon returns policy:

The return of a product to Amazon depends on products, reason of return, and seller of the product mainly. Mostly for products and sellers offers a time-frame of 30 days to return a product back. The general return policy states that; If you receive a faulty item then the returning charges will be by the company. But when you don’t like the product and want to return then the delivery charges are on customers. Refunds will be made after successful returns of the product in good condition and unused.

You can return the products you order from Amazon. There may be different options for you to return back a product depending on the product or its seller.

You can just log in to your account, go to the orders page, and request a return here. After you successfully submit the request, you will receive a confirmation email and return label. You will repack the product and send it back. Soon you will be notified of a successful return.

    I purchased Wireless Keyboard & Mouse in September 2021. Order No. 204 2127932-0753910. The Keyboard is faulty and I wish to return it and get a replacement. How do I do this please? What other information do you need?
    Is it under guarantee?
