TK Maxx Apparel Company is a subsidiary of the American TJX Companies. Now TK Maxx has become an international retailer with over 500 stores throughout the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Austria, and the Netherlands.

This multinational clothing and home goods retailer offers a range of men’s, kids’, and women’s clothing including tops, shirts, dresses, and playsuits. Besides clothing, the brand also sells footwear and bedding, domestics, furniture, and giftware.

Though a majority of TK Maxx consumers are satisfied with its products, however, if someone wants to return its products for any reason then he/she can return them as the brand has a comprehensive returns policy.

TK Maxx Returns Policy

Customized goods and products that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons if unsealed and piercing jewelry are not acceptable for return. All other products can be returned free of cost but you have to pay the shipment charges.

You have the choice to return your parcel by hand or by postage. For returning in-store you have to; bring your item to be returned and the original dispatch note, ensure your product is unused with all original tags attached, and if you want a refund and you paid by debit or credit card, take that card with you as your refund will be made only to that card.

And if you want to return the item via postage then you have to write complete information like your name, billing address, phone number, email address, order number, description of the product, and the reason for returning the item. Send all this information along with your return parcel to TK Maxx.

After all this process, your refund will be credited to you as per your original payment method within 14 working days of receiving your return.

The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then you can do it either in-store or via postage. The in-store return is free and instant. However, you have to pay your return shipping charges for postage return and normally 14 working days are required to process your refund after receiving your parcel at the warehouse. Moreover, you will be refunded according to the original payment method.

    I’ve bought some trainers late march and they started falling apart early July having been worn only a couple of times. What is the procedure on return of faulty goods?

    Hi there

    As i cannot return to your store within the time period specified on my invoice ( your stores in Scotland are not open by 17 April 2021) I have had to return by post and incur postage charges on returning an item which is not fit for purpose.

    I understand from your returns policy that delivery and return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, which in this case they are.

    Please confirm that you will refund the total cost of the goods and the cost of delivery and my cost of returning as described in your T &Cs.
