After printing the label, repack your goods and attach it to your return parcel. Finally post it off to the company.
And if you want to return your goods via Collect Plus then visit Collect Plus website for creating your returns label. Print it and attach it to your return parcel. Afterwards, drop off your return parcel to any of the Collect Plus location or arrange a home collection. In either case, retain your postage proof.
If you want to return your goods then you must create and fill out the returns label and pack your parcel carefully. After this, you have to attach your label with your return parcel and send it to Sky via Royal Mail Service or Collect Plus. Once your return parcel arrives in the warehouse then you will be notified via email and you will be either refunded or they will send you replacement.
