The clothing retailer sells quality clothing for the UK women like tops, bottoms, dresses, coats, knitwear, loungewear, trousers and much more. Roman Originals offers a great refund policy and if you want to return any of its products from any part of the world then you can do it.

Roman Originals Returns Policy

All items can be returned except for health and hygiene products like the brand does not offer a refund for face masks, lingerie, underwear, earrings, hats, fascinators, and other headwear. Besides, the returning goods must be unused and in a resalable condition with tags attached. You have to send your returning goods within 60 days of the delivery.

If you need to make a return, then you have to create your free Royal Mail returns label on the website. After this, you need to pack your return parcel carefully and send it to Roman Originals via Royal Mail. You can also return your online order in any of the Roman Originals store. For in-store return, bring your returning goods to the store along with a valid proof of purchase.

Finally, you will pay a fix rate of 3 pounds as a refund fee.

If you want to process your return then you must create your free Royal Mail returns label and then pack your parcel carefully. After this, you have to send it to Roman Originals via Royal Mail. Once your return parcel arrives in the warehouse then you will be notified via email.

Usually, your refund process will be completed within 14 working days and you will receive a full refund as per your original payment method.

Roman Originals offers full refunds for items that are returned in their original forms with a few exceptions that are listed on this page. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the the returned item is received by their store/warehouse.

    Hi there I purchased a dress on roman originals online and I took it to roman originals shop for a refund as the dress was too big but because I had lost my receipt they wouldn’t give me a refund even though the roman originals tag was still on the dress. They wouldn’t accept the dress as I bought it online. I want to get a refund thought it would be easier to take it back to the shop but the roman originals bridgend mc arther Glen manager was very rude and not helpful at all I was upset the way I was treated as clearly I had bought the dress from yourselves I just wanted a refund.

    I requested a return collection some weeks ago. The item in question is Roman Originals Bolera Suit Jacket, colour Navy, size 12, Cost £40. It was ordered through Amazon. I have emailed Amazon on a few occasions about this and they have acknowledged a return request, but it still hasn’t been collected. Can you inform me please if this will be collected asap as I requested the return long before the expiry date and hope I will not be charged with it.

    Hi , I purchased a black jump suit from you ( order number 15141248 ) at the end of last month and returned it to you posted on 4th November asking for a different size to be sent. I have yet to here anything from you that you have received it and sending a different size. the royal mail bar code..QX016896792GB
