Besides, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 28 days of purchase and this policy applies to both standard and sale items.
But if your goods are faulty then you are entitled to a full refund as well as shipping charges. All of the returnable products are considered for return only if they are in their original shape, with labels still attached and a filled return form.
Finally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will pay the additional return shipping charges. But for faulty goods, the brand will pay you the shipping charges in addition to a full refund.
