Generally, you will not need to return any of its homeware or furniture products but if you are up to a return then the retailer has a great returns policy.

Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for the following goods.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your goods. You can return your items by courier if they are small but for returning large items, you must contact the customer services team of the retailer and then proceed to return as per their instructions.
If you want to return the goods that were purchased online then you have to visit online return portal and complete the online returns process. Then repack your items with great care and with original labels send them to the retailer via any recorded courier service. The returning goods must be in a resalable condition with cellophane and other protective structures intact.
Finally, Made.com will not pay return shipping charges except if the goods are faulty. Besides, you have also to pay a returns fee which will be decided as per your order’s value.
If you want to return your item or defective product, then return the parcel to the retailer via any recorded courier service after completing your online returns process.
After the approval, your refund will be processed within few days (most probably in a week) and you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
