Besides its apparel and footwear products, the brand also sells a range of other products including accessories, homeware, bedding, storage, gifts, and much more.  Lands’ End was established in 1963 and since then, it has expanded to many regions and countries of the world including the UK.

Though you may not find a reason to return any of its products but if you want to return your merchandise for whatsoever reason then you can return your goods as the brand offers a supportive return policy.

Lands’ End Returns Policy

Most of the items are refundable if they are returned within 45 days of the receipt. However, the following items can’t be returned.

• Swimwear and underwear where hygiene strip had been removed
• Facemasks
• Intimate garments if safety seals are broken

The rest of the items are refundable but they must be unworn and in a resalable condition with all tags attached. If you have purchased goods from any Lands’ End outlet or show stand then you can also return them via post.

For initiating a return, simply fill up the returns form that comes with your order. Then create a return label on the website – you have the option to send back your parcel either via Hermes parcel, Hermes courier, or Royal Mail. After filling the label, repack your goods, affix the return label with your return parcel and include your return form in your parcel. Now, send it to the retailer via your chosen courier service and retain your postage proof until the final refund.

If you want to exchange your goods then you have to follow the same procedure. Finally, Lands’ End will also return your return postage charges, if you return your goods within 45 days.
