Joules Returns Policy
Most of the items are eligible for return or exchange but the following items can’t be replaced or returned.
- Face masks, protective screens, and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
- Customized garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
- For reasons of hygiene, underwear and swimwear (if hygiene strip is broken or open) are not accepted for return.
- Certain other grooming products, pierced jewelry, and toiletries.
All of the rest items can be returned/exchanged. You can return your goods by using any of the three return options. The first return option is store return. In-store return is the fastest return method. All you need is to take your goods to one of the nearest stores with the original delivery note and receipt. Once you provide the delivery note and goods then your refund will be made according to your original payment method.
The second method is to send your return parcel via Royal Mail. For this return, just repack your goods carefully and fill out the return form (attached with the original order), and then head to your nearest Royal Mail Post office. Retain the postage proof until the final return.
The last option is to deliver your goods via friends of Joules. To return items fulfilled by Friends of Joules sellers, you can return them directly to their address – present on the delivery note of your original order.
For returning the goods, you have 14 days to notify them and then cancel your order, after cancellation, you will have 14 more days for returning the goods.
The process of refund is simple and easy. Just pack your items and keep the filled out Return form with them and send it to Joules via any of the three above-mentioned means.
Joules requires around 10 days for crediting your refund amount in your original payment method. However, during sale refund may take a bit more days.
