Though you may not find a reason to return any of freemans products, if you want to return your merchandise for whatsoever reason then you can return your goods as the brand offers a great returns policy.
Freemans Returns Policy
You have to return your unwanted goods within 14 days of the purchase. If you don’t return your goods within 14 days then they will not be eligible for a refund.
All items can be returned except for health and hygiene products like the brand does not offer a refund for swimwear products unless the hygiene strips and tags are in place. Also, no refund is applicable for face and body products, pierced jewelry, and underwear garments.
For returning your goods, complete the return form that comes with your order. Then visit the website and create your return label. Now pack your goods and place your return form in it and attach the return label to the parcel. Now, you can send the parcel to Freemans via MyHermes parcel shop or a courier service.
Freemans Returns
Freemans offers a simple return process. If you want to process your return then you must fill out the returns form of your order and then pack your parcel carefully along with the form. After this, you have to create your returns label on the website. After creating the label, print it and attach it to your parcel. Now send it to Freemans.
Once your return parcel arrives in any of Freemans warehouses then you will be notified via email.
Freemans Refunds
Freemans offers a full refund for all items except for swimwear products. Items that are not returned in an acceptable condition will not be refunded. Usually, your refund process will be completed within 7-10 days and you will receive a full refund as per your original payment method. Hi. I am returning a bikini bottom as it is too small and I’d like to exchange it for a larger size.
I have added this info on my returns note, I just wanted to confirm with you that you do exchange items rather than giving me a refund and then I need to order again?

I don’t trust freemans. I ordered a dress with them on the 24th Nov. Useless hermes lost it. Then i was offered a refund or they would re order the dress. (I wish i’d opted for the refund). They’ve emailed me 3 times setting the delivery date back. I spoke to the live chat thing. Said i wanted to cancel the order & get my money back. They’ve said no. I have to wait for it to be delivered & then send it back. How disgusting. What ifbit’s NEVER DELIVERED? They could just hang on to my money. They try & make it as annoying as possible, so you won’t bother. I’m disgusted by freemans & hermes. Will never shop with them again.
What if you dont have access to a printer? Could i return by post.?
