Flatspot Returns Policy
The returns process is very simple and you have to return your goods within 90 days of the receipt. The goods will not be eligible for a return if;
- Tags have been removed.
- They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.
- They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- They have been washed.
- Shoes have been worn outside.
- The inner sole is covered in sock fluff or hair.
- The shoe box has been used directly as the postal box – is visibly marked and/ or damaged.
- All decks and hardware must be un-skated and returned in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons underwear and socks cannot be accepted for returns unless faulty.
For returning your goods, you have to create your return label on the website and after label creation, print it and send it with your return parcel. Repack your return parcel and send it to Flatspot via DPD Local. DPD Local will charge you a fix rate of 3.50 pounds per return parcel. However, you can use any other recorded courier services for sending back your parcel.
Finally, you have to bear return shipping charges unless your goods are defective. In this case, the store will pay back return shipping charges as well as a full refund.

Normally 5-7 working days are required to process after the arrival of your return parcel at the warehouse. After receiving your parcel at the warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmatory email. Moreover, you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
