Design 911 Porsche Parts Returns Policy:
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 14 days to submit a return/refund request to Design 911 Porsche Parts. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.

Before returning your item(s) please contact them for a Returns Authorisation Number. You can do this by:

Please note that all Goods should be returned to them UN-USED, in a re-saleable condition, and with their original packaging. Design911 reserves the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged or handled to an unreasonable extent.
Please remember to include a copy of your Returns Authorization form with your item(s) when returning them. Failure to do so may cause delays in the returns process.
Design 911 Porsche Parts Refunds:
If you have a change of heart or determine that you no longer need the goods, you have the option to return them to them for a refund, credit, or exchange. To qualify for the return, please notify them of your intention within 14 days of receiving the goods, and ensure that they are returned to them within 30 days of receipt.
