In addition to its quality sporting goods, the multinational brand also strives to serve its consumers most conveniently. Though you will not need to return any Decathlon stuff but, however, if its merchandise doesn’t make you happy then you can return them as the brand has a comprehensive returns policy.
Decathlon Returns Policy
Most of the items are eligible for return but the following items can’t be returned.
- Products that are damaged on purpose or not properly maintained
- Products used outside of their intended means
- Products subject to normal wear and tear
- Perishable goods such as food and drink, gas canisters, personalized items, and personal safety equipments.
All of the rest items can be returned if they are in a resalable condition with original tags attached. You can return your goods within 30 days of the purchase. However, you can also return your goods within 365 days of the purchase if the product has one-year guarantee. All of the online products can be returned in any of the Decathlon Stores. But the in-store purchases can be returned only in the stores. For in-store return, you have to take your goods to any of the Decathlon store along with invoice and your return will be processed as per your original payment method instantly.
However, for returning the goods via post, you have to login into your Decathlon account and complete the online return procedure and then create your Royal Mail or ASDA free return label. After creating the label, print it and attach it to your return parcel. Then write your order number on a piece of paper and place it within your return parcel and send it to Decathlon via Royal Mail or ASDA (as per your return label).
Returning your goods via Royal Mail or ASDA is free but if you use any other courier service then you have to cover your shipping charges as the brand is only responsible for return shipping charges of faulty/defective goods in this case.
The process of refund is simple and easy. Just pack your items with care and attach your filled out return label with the return parcel. Then send it to Decathlon via Royal Mail, ASDA, or any other recorded mail service within 30 days of the purchase.
You will receive an email notification when your parcel is arrived in the warehouse of the brand. Normally, Decathlon requires up to 14 days for crediting your refund amount in your original payment method. You should return the parcel to the following postal address.
