All items can be returned but the returning item must be unopened and all safety seals must be intact. You must return your goods within 60 days of the purchase. For returning the goods, fill your returns form that comes with your delivery note and then return your products along with the form via any recorded courier service. Remember to retain your postage proof until the final refund.
It is pertinent to mention that online purchases must be returned via post while in-store purchases may be returned to any of your nearest Body Shop Stores. Finally, you will have to pay your return shipping charges unless you are returning a faulty product for which the beauty company will pay your shipping charges in addition to a full refund.
