For in-store returns, take your returning items to any of the above-named stores along with order receipt and the store staff will process your refund.
Next, if you want to send your goods to the brand via post then repack your goods carefully in original packaging and with all tags attached. Then log in to the Blacks returns portal and complete the online returns process. After completing the process, create and print the return label of your desired courier service. Now, affix the return label with your parcel and post it to Blacks via your chosen courier service. You can return your goods via InPost Lockers, Hermes, Collect Plus, or via Royal Mail.
