White Stuff Returns Policy
Certain items like face coverings, underwear, earrings, or sets containing earrings unless faulty, are non-returnable. Besides, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. And if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then that item is also not eligible for a return.
All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase or receipt and sale items should be returned within 14 days of their purchase.
But if your goods are faulty then you are entitled to a full refund but you have to send back the goods within 30 days of the purchase. However, if you can’t return the faulty goods within 30 days, still you have the option to either repair or replace them within six months of the purchase or receipt. After six months, your return will not be entertained by the company.
If you have purchased goods from any of the White Stuff stores and want a refund or exchange then you can get a refund or can exchange the products in any of the White Stuff stores (excluding White Stuff outlets). And if you have purchased from its website or via phone then you have to visit the return policy page of the site and then follow the instructions provided there. The good news is that you can now return your goods to any of the local White Stuff stores (the list of local stores is provided at the site). Besides, all of the returnable products are considered for return only if they are in their original shape, with labels still attached and filled return form.
Finally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will pay the additional return shipping charges. But for faulty goods, the brand will pay you the shipping charges in addition to a full refund.

The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to fill the return form and send it to the company in original packaging. Once your return is received and approved then you will get a confirmatory email and also a text if you have provided them your phone number.
After the approval, your refund will be processed within 7 working days (it is most likely that you will get your refund within 3-5 working days) and if you didn’t receive your refund after 14 working days, then contact the customer service team.
