You can return your online order either via post or in any store of Waterstones while in-store purchases can only be returned in the Waterstones bookshops only. For returning an online order via post, you have to fill out your return form and label that comes with your dispatch note. Now peel off your return label and attach it with your return parcel. Then repack your return parcel with great care and the books or other products should be in their original packaging with original dispatch note. Then send it to the company via any recorded mail service. It is important to retain your postage proof until the final refund.
For in-store returns, take your books to any of the Waterstones bookshops along with order dispatch note or order receipt and they will process your refund.
