If you need to make a return from within the UK, then you can return your goods without any cost but for International consumers, this facility is not applicable and they have to bear the shipping charges of their return parcel (s).

If you are residing in the UK then you can initiate your return by clicking any of the options (at the return page of the website) and all instructions will become available to you. While the UK Returns is free but for international returns, you have to pay your return shipping charges besides using a trackable postal service so that you can be able to get your refund.

It is important to note that if the returning items are used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, then Wallis may withhold refunds and block your account from placing orders in the future.

Finally, all the returns must be claimed within 14 days of purchase and after 14 days you can’t claim any return.

After the arrival of your parcel at the Wallis, you will be notified via email. After the arrival of your return parcel at the brand’s warehouse, your refund will be made within 2-3 working days but the refund may take up to 14 days.

    I order a dress and trousers from. Wallis need to send both back I don’t have a printer nor can I get too a post office to print one off or a library I live remote
    I will send it back my self pay the postage however I’ve told Wallis they will refund me however they don’t give a address to return also no phone number which is so bad .

    This is a nightmare. I’m truly fed up. The site and the returns page is useless. All this because they sent me completely the wrong garment. Now it thinks I’ve already sent that. I have not but I’m beginning to think the media would be interested in this total mess up.
