TU Clothing Returns Policy
TU Clothing offers a considerate returns policy. If you are not satisfied with any of its products then you can return it to the apparel brand within 30 days of the purchase. All items can be refunded except for health and hygiene products like undergarments and pierced jewelry and personalized goods. Also, no refund is applicable for face masks due to hygiene reasons.
If you want to return your online order then you can return it either in any of the TU Clothing stores or can send it to the brand via post. For returning your online order via post, repack your goods in original packaging. The goods must be unused, in a resalable condition, and with all tags attached. Then fill the pre-paid returns label that comes with your delivery note. Now affix the returns label with your order and send it to the nearest Royal mail branch for further dispatching it to the apparel brand. The Royal mail service will cost you 3.5 pounds per return parcel which will be deducted from your final refund.
However, if you are returning a faulty item then the brand will pay the return shipping charges. Moreover, if you are returning the whole order then your delivery charges will also be returned along with your final refund.
For returning in-store purchases, simply take your goods to any of the TU Stores in original packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days. They will check your goods and your refund will be processed within 5-7 days according to your original payment method.
