Though you may not find a reason to return any of its products if you want to return your merchandise for whatsoever reason then you can return your goods as the brand offers a supportive return policy.
Timberland Returns Policy
If you need to make a return from within the UK, then you can return your goods without any cost but for International consumers, this facility is not applicable and they have to bear the shipping charges of their return parcel (s).
It is important to note that if the returning items are used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, then Timberland may not issue you a refund. All items are eligible for a return except customized goods like products with bespoke colors, materials, monograms, etc. Similarly, for hygiene reasons, intimate clothing or other products can’t be returned and swimwear will only be returned if the safety seal is in place.
Finally, all the returns must be claimed within 30 days of purchase and after 30 days you can’t claim any return.
Timberland Returns
If you want to return your item, then visit the Timberland website and create your return label. Fill it out and then print the label. Now repack your goods in their original packaging. Then send your parcel to Timberland either by recorded postal service or courier and you have to keep your postal proof safe until you get your refund.
After the arrival of your parcel at Timberland, you will be notified via email. After the arrival of your return parcel at the brand’s warehouse, your refund will be made within 3-5 working days according to your original payment method.
