Sky Returns Policy

Generally, you will need to return your old Sky equipment, including any remotes and accessories, if you are upgrading or downgrading your subscription, or you are leaving Sky altogether, or if your equipment is broken, and they have asked you to return it for exchange or for a replacement.

You can return your goods via Royal Mail or via Collect Plus and it won’t charge you anything. If you want to send your goods via Royal Mail Service then you have to visit Royal Mail Returns and create your returns label. Then fill out the label and print it out. After printing the label, repack your goods and attach them to your return parcel. Finally, post it off to the company.

And if you want to return your goods via Collect Plus then visit Collect Plus website for creating your returns label. Print it and attach it to your return parcel. Afterward, drop off your return parcel at any of the Collect Plus locations or arrange a home collection. In either case, retain your postage proof.
