If you need to make a return, then you have to log in to your account and initiate an online return process. After completing the online return process, create your return label on the website and then print it, if you want to deliver your return parcel via DPD. And if you want to use Collect Plus then simply fill out the returns label that comes with your delivery note. After filling your returns label, pack your goods in original packaging and then affix the return label to the front of your return parcel. Remember that the returning goods must be unused with all tags attached. After this, you need to send it to the vintage fashion brand by using DPD or Collect Plus (as per your returns label). You have to send your return goods within 15 days of the delivery.
Finally, you have to cover your return shipping charges and you will receive a full refund as per your original payment method. For faulty items, the brand is responsible to pay your shipping charges along with a full refund.

I have an unworn dress to return, I have logged it but no label was created. I have a returns label via Hermes, but I can’t see where to take my parcel. This used to be so easy, I am really unimpressed and will hesitate to shop with Sezane again, though I love your products.
