The rest of the items are refundable but they must be unworn and in a resalable condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. If you have purchased from Ralph Lauren Shop then you can only return them in any Ralph Lauren Shop (preferably the original store). For a store return, take your goods to any of the store with original sale receipt for an instant refund as per your original payment method.
But if you have purchased from the brand’s website then fill in your pre-paid UPS return label that comes with your order. If you haven’t received it with the order then you can create one on the website. After filling the label, repack your goods, affix the return label with your return parcel and send it to the brand.
